During this pandemic, a lot of us has been suffering from various psychological diseases. While stress and anxiety are the most common ones. However, do not worry, I will list 8 ways to relieve the stress in side your body and boost a dynamic change. Follow me!!!

Get enough sleep

Lack of sleep can have serious consequences. Not only does it affect our physical health, it can also cause anxiety and stress throughout the day. Sometimes it can become a vicious cycle, as anxiety often disrupts sleep.

Especially if you're feeling restless, try setting a seven - to nine-hour sleep schedule and getting a few good nights of sleep to see if your anxiety during the day eases.

Smile more

When study gets us down, just snap out of it and chuckle. Studies have shown that laughter can ease depression and anxiety, so calm your nerves by finding funny articles on the Internet.

Simplify your brain

Material simplification = psychological simplification.

If the study place is chaotic, it will be difficult to relax, and it will make the work seem more messy and tedious. So spend 15 minutes or so tidied up your room or desk, and get into the habit of keeping things clean. These can help us to think more rationally, so that there is no opportunity for anxiety.

Express gratitude

Studies have shown that regular gratitude can help reduce anxiety, especially if we're well-rested. So instead of being exhausted, start your gratitude journey with an attitude of gratitude.

Eat the right foods

Anxiety throws our bodies into a tailspin and changes our appetites. To give your body the support it needs, choose foods rich in nutrients such as B vitamins and Ω-3, along with healthy whole grain carbohydrates.

B vitamins have been linked to better mental health in studies, and Ω-3 can reduce depression and anxiety. Whole grain carbs help regulate levels of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that makes us "feel good" and maintain peace of mind.

Be aware, though, that eating foods high in sugar and processed foods can exacerbate anxiety symptoms.

Meditation

We all know by now that meditation is all about relaxation, but scientists have also found that meditation actually increases the amount of gray matter in the brain -- the substance that reduces stress in the body. Many professionals have highlighted the positive effects of meditation on anxiety, mood and stress symptoms.

Meditation is also a way to look into the brain and understand how anxiety is actually generated. And understanding the brain's thought patterns can help keep us away from those negative emotions.

Make a foreground board

If the future seems too bleak and scary, change your view of the present. Spending an hour on a vision board, sometimes just setting specific goals can save us from worrying about the unknown future.

Absolutely quiet

Plan a period of complete isolation. Start with a short period of time that works for you so that it lasts, even if it's as short as 5 minutes.

Absolute silence means that during this period you turn off your phone, turn off the TV, don't read email, don't read the news, turn off everything. Make yourself unreachable for a while, and you'll be able to take a break from worrying.

Too much noise can increase stress levels, so set aside moments of absolute silence in the midst of the chaos of your daily life.

I hope you can release yourself from these 8 ways and find one that is most suitable for you. In my next writing I will talk about a book and mediation videos that could help you overcome this special time!
